Authentically African and proudly GaDangme, the Grand Homowo UK Festival is celebrated in the UK - for those who cannot travel to Ghana for the main event for various reasons. It began in 2010, drawing inspiration from previous sporadic attempts to host the event.
The event harnesses the diversity of the UK in an inclusive and family-friendly showcase of culture. Grand Homowo UK Festival unites Africa with the UK in the spirit of taking global action against hunger caused by poverty.
